When I saw THIS feather headdress the other day, i instantly fell in love with it.
See, I really love putting accessories in my hair, headbands, hair clips, necklaces and other flowers...
I believe we should wear crowns everyday...

like a (punk) princess*
I am guessing that a lot of girls are like me and used to wanna be a princess when they were little... Seriously, I still, today, wish I could have the occasion to where a couture gown!
Last week end, was the annual Met Ball in NYC and this year theme was Punk!
Pretty fun! Those are some of my favorite looks. I have to say that I totally adore Sienna Miller's look, especially her 'punk-crown' (can I call it that?) and amazing jacket!

my first purse*
My mum recently gave me my first purse. I had it when I was 2-3 years old in north Africa. It is made a real leather and I have to say that I still (25years later) really like it!
It can only contain my cellphone and ONE key and credit card though, which is hard since I always carry ten thousand things with me all the time...

the hair story...
A couple of months ago, I had this crazy idea of cutting my hair of different length on each side, I like asymmetrical things in general (like wearing mismatch socks, weirdooo, I know) and i was really tired of having always pretty much the same haircut since high school....
Today, I still like it, I kinda miss my long hair though.
Also what do you think of this amazing Carven necklace?! I really want it! Their collection is really amazing!

Il y a environ deux mois, j'ai décidé de me faire couper les cheveux de longueurs différentes de chaque coté. Je suis assez fan de l'asymétrique en général (par exemple je porte souvent des chaussettes différente..Je sais, bizarre..) Ce mini coup de folie est arrivé après avoir regardé de vieilles photos qui m'ont fait réaliser que j'avais plus ou moins la même coupe de cheveux depuis le lycée...
Je pensais m'en lasser vite mais pour l'instant j'en suis toujours contente.
Sinon, avez vous vu ce superbe collier Caven?! Je rêve de l'avoir, j'adore vraiment leur collection!

Happy Monday everyone! I hope you had a great sunny week end!
I am really loving this spring weather lately in Paris, I keep my windows open pretty much all day long.
This is what I wish I was wearing today. I love mixing casual and more dressed up items... What do you think? I really love those Fendi shoes!

When I saw those nike x liberty last november, I told the salesman I had to buy them because, One I LOVE liberty fabric, Two I really wanted some Nike skyhigh, Three (and for most) They were purple and yellow (gold) and they were reminding me of the Lakers.
While growing up, I liked Basketball (because it was sooo American) but honestly, I wasn't tooooo much into it. Then, I moved to LA and a (dear) friend invited me a game and it totally changed my perspective. Of course when you live in LA you kinda have to like the Lakers, they are like rock stars over there.. (Plus during the three years I was there they went into the finals and won twice, so it is always cool to see your city team win)
But, the reason why I, now, like to watch basketball is that (I think) it is so artistic in some ways...Call me crazy, but the way they jump is just supernatural !!! just beautiful, I love it !
so GO Lakers! you guys can do it!
(I know they lost their first game but it's ok they can catch up!)

Today I made a "I wish I wore" dedicated to two shows going on today on Paris Fashion Week. Tsumori Chisato and Acne Studio. I though it would be fun to mix the poesy and quirkiness of T. Chisato to the more clean and edgy Acne style.

I randomly found this Phillip Lim Jacket online yesterday and I totally fell in love with the cut.
It made me wonder what I would wear with it if I could afford it...
Those past days have been so sunny here in Paris, it totally feels like springs and makes me in a good mood... I also love this unicorn case, too bad it only exists for iphone (as always...) I have a samsung and i wouldn't change for any other phone...

*Next Fall
We are still in the middle of winter season (there are about 3" of snow in Paris today!!) and we are already looking at the next winter collections!
Those are some of the trends I though were interesting overall.
A lot of rounded edges and cuts, still a lot of knots around the waist and some padded tops.
Textile wise we continue with what we saw for the summer with the black and white geometrical graphics.
